SOLVING
CONFLICTS
HOW YOU CAN
SOLVE PROBLEMS IN SCHOOL?
-1 Attract
the best candidates to teaching
It is
important for all children to have teachers with at least a good
secondary-level qualification. Therefore, governments should invest in
improving access to quality secondary education to enlarge the pool of good
teacher candidates. Policy-makers need to focus their attention on hiring and
training teachers from under-represented groups, such as ethnic minorities.
-If you
have the best teacher, you will be a better student and person.
-You will
access to a better college, if you have a good process in your education and
integral teachers.
-2 Train
teachers to meet the needs of all children
All
teachers need to receive training to enable them to meet the learning needs of
all children. Before teachers enter the classroom, they should undergo good
quality pre-service teacher education programs and they need ongoing training
so as to develop and strengthen their teaching skills and adapt to changes such
as new curriculum. Teachers should be trained to teach multiple grades and ages
in one classroom, in multi-lingual classrooms, and to understand how teachers’
attitudes to gender differences can affect learning outcomes.
-If you keep
a good attitude, you will learn better in the classroom.
-You will
learn easier if the class propose playful methods to keep a good environment.

HOW YOU CAN
SOLVE PROBLEMS IN YOUR HOUSE?
1
Schedule a
time to talk as a group. Facing and overcoming family problems can seem
impossible. When you work together, however, resolving family differences
becomes more feasible. The first step towards resolution is agreeing that there
is a problem in the first place. Then, once tempers are moderately cooled,
everyone needs to plan to come together and devise a strategy to resolve the
problem.
-If you
keep a good communication with your family, you won´t have any problems in the
future.
-If you talk with your parents, you will resolve your problems easier.
Have
everyone state what they truly mean. Direct communication is essential to
effective conflict resolution. Each party should use “I” statements to clearly
state your needs, wants, and concerns.
